Gail Stewart warmly invites you to participate in and benefit from her newly-designed wellbeing sessions created to suit people of any age. These sessions will run on consecutive Thursdays. Each session will use the positive transforming effects of music and movement as well as your connection with yourself and the group to unleash your vitality confidence and the joys of life.

There are no steps to remember no need to try to look good nothing to get right or wrong! This is a very simple joyful and gentle experience helping you to connect to yourself and to others while assisting you to develop the ability to find and choose what is best for you.

These enjoyable magical sessions are based on The Dance Of Life which involves simple wonderful music and guided dance/ movements; there are no steps to learn! To round off each session you are welcome to join us for a cuppa in the café!

Your facilitator Gail Stewart was for many years a nurse who is now retired. She had for some time realised that feeling joy pleasure and connecting to life others and ourselves helps us feel better about ourselves and promotes good health. And so she decided to do something about it!

Gail trained for a number of years as a facilitator of Biodanza also known as the Dance of Life and has been teaching it with different groups including women recovering from cancer children and families people with dementia and people who want to feel healthier and happier. She is also a Sound Journey facilitator offering healing and relaxing sessions through the therapeutic effects of the sound of gongs singing bowls etc.
