The story of De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is a very British one; a tale of democracy, royalty, education and religion. At its heart, in 42 acres of manicured gardens sits an elegant Georgian mansion house: the White House.
The original house spent much of its time as a public school and was known as ‘Catholic Eton’. Many of the guest rooms and suites in the White House would have had previous uses, from the Headmaster’s Study to the school chemist to the Matron’s bedroom.
The new 1705 Restaurant and bar Menus celebrate the best of British ingredients to produce traditional and signature dishes. Over at the bar, a range of wines, craft beers and classic cocktails will also be on offer.
