Wellbeing Wednesday - Healthy You, Healthy Business

Come and join Taunton Chamber of Commerce members The Sangha House for a chilled-out evening of networking and wellbeing on 9th October between 4pm and 6pm.

The afternoon starts with a short presentation by owners Denise and Andy Spragg about their journey to set up the centre, and the philosophy of wellbeing called the Four Quadrants of Health. They will explain how important it is to look after ourselves, especially as business owners, when so many people depend on us.

Following this, there will be some relaxed and informal networking opportunities over no-alcohol mocktails, together with the chance to try some products, and the head therapist Olena will be on hand to offer taster appointments to show how beneficial her treatments really are. For those unable to take up one of our treatment slots on the day*, you will be given a voucher to come back and take up the offer at a later date.
