Chigung (Qigong) is a Chinese form of 'energy work' and the basis of taichi. Chi is the life force you become conscious of as your own vitality when you practise certain exercises. This is a ten-week course, with a mid-term break, about the way we use our energy and how we can improve our posture, balance, health and wellbeing through the practice of chigung.
