Join me for a Sunday morning Wellness Walk. Leave the chaos behind and enjoy a well needed morning out, taking in the fresh air and socialising with like minded women.

We’ll be meeting at Caffe Terrazo, Manor Road (opposite West Ealing Station) to grab a coffee to go and begin our walk .

Keeping it simple and local, looping Lammas Park, heading through Walpole Park and ending at Pitzhanger Manor, to explore the local food and crafts at Duckpond Market
