Wellbeing Through Art

These workshops are intended for adults18 and over from all backgrounds, who would like to build resilience, boost confidence and moods while bringing awareness and mindfulness to their daily life.

Using a combination of art materials and mixing art modalities, for any skill level.

These workshops are aimed to be therapeutic, relaxing and fun; you are invited to use your creativity to explore and express yourself through arts for health activities in a small group setting.
