SO EXCITED DONEGAL Weekend Retreat is coming 4th-6th October 2024 We are thrilled to announce another weekend retreat, following the success of the past two years!
Location: Ards Friary, nr Cresslough Donegal
There are only 18 places in total with 12 currently available.
Join Lorraine Rooney from Wellbeing NI and Jenny McParland from Hot Yoga Newry for a rejuvenating weekend retreat at the serene Ards Friary. This tranquil location offers breathtaking surroundings with sandy beaches, stunning shorelines, and panoramic views, making it a perfect escape.
What to Expect:
Activities: Mindfulness, Meditation, Pranayama Breathwork, Yoga, Yin Yoga and Sound Therapy
Experience:
No prior experience required for any activity. However please inform us if you are pregnant or have had an recent operations.
Environment:
Peaceful, spiritual setting of the Friary, offering an opportunity to share the tranquillity experienced by the Friars daily

The weekend will begin Friday 4th October 6pm with Dinner (check-in opens at 5pm) and ends Sunday 6th October 1pm with Lunch.
Price includes full board, 2 nights accommodation and all sessions.
Accommodation are private Single rooms with shared toilets & bathrooms. No transport is provided.
£295 per person all inclusive
