Wellbeing Over 55s Gentle Yoga - 5th Nov -17th December £28

Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55's in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.

If you feel you need some peaceful mindfulness whilst having a gentle stretch, come along and meet Amanda, who is great !

She will make you feel cool and calm in a very friendly environment and adapt exercises to your needs.

Come along and meet people too!

*Please bring your own mat, water bottle & towel or blanket .*
