Wellbeing Over 55s Absolute Beginners Yoga, Dover - 16th July £16 (£4 p/w)

Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55's in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.

Come and join this beginner's course to find out more about yoga. Charlotte will guide you through the most gentle steps to help you rediscover the movement in your body. Focusing on gentle stretching, mobility, strength, balance, breath, and relaxation. This is a restful class made to support and encourage you to be more flexible, calm and feeling confident about yourself.

You will need to bring a mat, blanket, water and wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict you.

Charlotte will make you feel cool and calm in a very friendly environment and adapt exercises to your needs.
