Hosted by ELK Evolution x Dolly’s House of Cabaret
A day created for the woman who’s forgotten just how powerful she is.
Together, we’ll gently explore and release the emotions that keep you feeling stuck in self-doubt, fear and limiting beliefs. Through guided practices, sound, reflection and movement, you’ll begin reconnecting with the confident, authentic version of yourself that’s been there all along.
This isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about remembering who you were before life taught you to doubt yourself.
Throughout the afternoon you’ll experience:
🤎 Ceremonial Cacao & Guided Emotional Release
A heart-opening space using ceremonial cacao (optional), music and shamanic drumming to help you acknowledge and release emotions that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
📖 Reflection & Journalling
Gentle prompts to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity and let go of limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
💃 Empowerment Through MovementLed by Molly from Dolly’s House of Cabaret, this is not about being a dancer or getting the steps perfect.
It’s about embodying the inner shifts you’ve been making throughout the day.
As you release self-doubt and reconnect with your authentic self, movement becomes a way of expressing confidence, taking up space and celebrating who you are. Together we’ll step outside our comfort zones, have fun and discover what it feels like to move with freedom rather than fear.
🎶 Grounding Sound Bath
Lie back, relax and allow the soothing sounds to help calm your nervous system, leaving you feeling deeply rested, balanced and restored.
🌿 Optional Hapé Ceremony
For those who choose to take part, there will be the opportunity to experience Hapé (pronounced ha-peh), a traditional Amazonian plant medicine administered as a gentle nasal snuff. Many people use Hapé as part of a personal grounding or meditation practice, describing it as helping them feel more present, focused and centred. Participation is entirely optional, and guidance will be provided beforehand so you can make an informed choice about whether it feels right for you.
🥗 Nourishing Refreshments throughout the day
Healthy snacks and refreshments to support your wellbeing throughout the afternoon.
The intention of this day
This isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about gently letting go of the beliefs, fears and emotional patterns that may have been holding you back, creating space for greater self-compassion and confidence.
Throughout the day you’ll be invited to reflect, release, reconnect and then embody those inner shifts through movement, leaving with a renewed sense of strength, courage and belief in yourself.
You don’t need…
• Any dance experience.
• Any previous wellbeing experience.
• To be “good enough.”
• To have everything figured out.
You simply need to come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling…
✨ Lighter.
✨ More grounded.
✨ More connected to yourself.
✨ More confident in who you are.
✨ Empowered to take your next step.
Because every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, valued and confident enough to take up space in the world. This day is an invitation to reconnect with that version of yourself.
If you’re reading this thinking, “I can’t dance,” “I’ll look silly,” or “Everyone else will be better than me,” then this workshop was created for you.
There is no pressure to perform, no expectation to get every move right and no judgement. This is a supportive space where women encourage one another, laugh together and celebrate showing up exactly as they are.
The greatest transformation often happens just beyond our comfort zone. You may arrive feeling nervous, but our hope is that you’ll leave standing a little taller, smiling a little brighter and realising you’re capable of far more than you believed.
Because confidence isn’t about being fearless, it’s about giving yourself permission to show up anyway.
