About this Event
Join us for a wellbeing coffee morning at St George’s Hall.
This free session is open to women and non-binaries aged 18+ who would like to meet others and learn about specialist services available locally for anyone affected by sexual violence. You’re welcome whether this is for yourself, someone you know, or if you simply want to understand what help is available.
The session will be led by Amanda, Volunteers Manager and qualified counsellor at RASA (Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre), a specialist organisation providing confidential support to women affected by sexual violence.
You will learn:
- What specialist support services are available
- How to access confidential help safely
- Common myths and realities around sexual violence
- Where to guide someone if they need help
There will also be time to ask questions, listen, or have a coffee and chat. There is no pressure to speak.
