Monthly session where you can express yourself through creativity!

No art skills are required.

This session is all about using creativity as a form of self-care and relaxation. You will be offered various exercises designed to help you express yourself, & promote wellbeing.

All creative materials are supplied.

Jens (they/them) is an LGBTQ+, Disability & Neurodiversity informed practitioner, with a wealth of experience of facilitating art & creative sessions. 🌈

This is an opportunity to;

• Learn methods of creative self expression
• Promote wellbeing and supporting one another
• Chat and discuss issues affecting you
• Be signposted to services and further support
• Be Informed about LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing

These sessions are for registered Sahir Service Users, and tickets are £6 or pay what you can.

*By booking a place, you agree to registering as a service user at Sahir House.
If you have not been to Sahir House before, you will be required to complete a self-referral form, which will be emailed to you to be completed before you attend the meeting.

This group session is facilitated by Jens Welch, in Sahir HQ, Liverpool City Centre.

The meetings will take place on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 6.30pm - 8.30pm.

Due to limited capacity, we ask those who would like to attend in person to book a place via Eventbrite. There will be a maximum of 10 attendees.

This allows for a safe and manageable group session, creating a comfortable and relaxed experience for those attending.

If you book and then find you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket so someone else can take your place.
