wellbe yoga x WEflow: Mindful movers (Kids Yoga for 7-10 year olds)

This fun and engaging class combines movement and mindfulness to create a playful yet grounding experience perfect for all children, including those with ADHD and other neurodivergent needs.

In this class, kids will:

• Move and Groove: Through dynamic and playful yoga poses, children will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while having a blast.
• Mindful Moments: We’ll incorporate mindfulness techniques to help kids learn to focus and calm their minds. These practices will be woven into the class in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.
• Breathe and Relax: Using fun breathing exercises, kids will discover how to use their breath to feel more centered and relaxed. We'll explore different breathing techniques that can help them manage their emotions and energy levels.
• Props and Play: Our class will utilize various props, such as yoga blocks, blankets, and even fun accessories, to support and enhance the practice. This makes the poses more accessible and adds an element of fun.
• Grounding Techniques: Through gentle, grounding exercises and poses, children will learn how to connect with their bodies and find a sense of stability and calm.

wellbe Mindful Movers yoga class is a safe and inclusive space where every child can thrive. By blending movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, we aim to help kids feel more balanced, focused, and at ease. We hope your kiddos will join us for a fun-filled, calming, and empowering yoga adventure!

*This class is set for 1 hour to accommodate drop off, pick up and time to connect with the teacher. The schedule of the class will look like:

• 9am-9:10: Get settled in the space, find our props and learn about what is happening in class today!
• 9:10-9:50: Structured time of the class (movement, activities, games, crafts etc.)
• 9:50-10am: Open activities, closing of class + transition time post class
