Join us for a nurturing movement session where you can stretch, strengthen and build connections, all while having your tiny sidekick with you. The focus of these classes is to support caregivers in finding the balance between taking care of themselves AND taking care of little ones through physical movement & community building - you’ll find your village here, we promise!

This class includes a combination of movement, breathwork and flow. All classes include pelvic floor work and myofascial in these classes too (cause who doesn't love that combo)! Class size is limited so babies can move around freely.

PS. Babies / your minis are welcome with open arms! Bring snacks, toys and feed as you need.

*Please note, this class is set for 1 hour with movement community building, movement and time to connect with other folks. Movement will always be at least 45-50 minutes of this 60 minute class.
