Discover a new way to move, connect and unwind at Wellathlon at Hamilton Gardens, a feel‑good evening or morning of mindful walking, music and gentle yoga set among the transportive scenery of the Enclosed Gardens.
Choose from an evening or morning session on 21 and 22 March, to stroll, dance and stretch your way to better wellbeing in a relaxed, family‑friendly atmosphere—no experience needed, just comfy clothes and an open mind.
Led by local facilitators including DJ Hi-Vibe and Sophie from Be Here Yoga and Coaching.
