Join us for an afternoon filled with balance, growth & new beginnings whilst connecting with like-minded others.
AGENDA
1. Connect through a nature activity to set intentions
2. Ground and release through dance
3. Chant moving into mudras (gentle movements) to balance energy for health & wellbeing
4. Breathwork & meditation
5. Soothing Sound bath
