Root and Sacral Chakradance Combi

Your healing journey starts with the first two chakras.ROOT CHAKRA and the SACRAL CHAKRA are the foundations of our wellbeing. Who are you and what is your connection to the world around you. How can you embrace passion and pleasure more fully into your life. How can you honour your feelings and see them as a gift. During this workshop you will be guided to set healing intentions to release any blocked energy in these centres, allowing you to feel and reconnect more deeply to your sacred self. A celebration, a homecoming to feel a true sense of belonging, an acceptance of your wild sensual creativity. By committing and surrendering to yourself, you will experience deep transformational healing on all levels of your being, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The workshop will last just over three hours and will consist of the following:
