This event is your chance to spend a fun afternoon guided by the experienced massage therapist Victoria Carr, and the kind-ful Yoga teacher Giorgia Moras on a journey of personal development and growth. Together, we'll create a supportive space where we can thrive together and spread joy.

🌱 What to Expect:
✨ Guided yoga and meditation to reset your energy
✨ Journaling sessions for self-reflection
✨ Somatic movements and breathwork to release tension
✨ Myofascial massage to let go of emotions that no longer serve you

Just bring your comfy clothes in order to practice yoga, maybe extra socks and a jumper for you to be warm and cozy. You can find mats and props are at the studio.

Don't forget to bring a notepad and pen.
