Kristina has training in Thai Bodywork and runs trainings for yoga teachers in hands on assisting. She holds an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and is a Continuing Education Provider.
Kathy is a 500 RYT with training in hands on assisting. With over 30 years as a professional dancer, Kathy navigates the body with mindful attention and care.
An indulgent experience - $50/per person.
