Our Paint Parties are the perfect night out for a date, the girls, or the family & friends. Just come ready to enjoy yourself at a laid back, entertaining & fun experience!

We welcome creative freedom so feel free to customize your painting however you would like! Light snacks, drinks and finger foods are allowed! We have drinks and snacks available for purchase as well.

RESERVATIONS:

We recommend reserving your seat one week before the event to guarantee your seat. Reservations cut off a few hours before event. Every guest needs a paid seat (kids included), since our studios are capacity-limited. Payment is due at booking, and you'll get a confirmation email once it goes through

When to arrive:

Please plan arrive no sooner than 5 to 10 minutes before the painting starts. That's your time to grab a drink, find your seat, and meet the instructor before we start painting. We always do our best to catch up anyone that arrives late, but a late arrival may result in an unfinished painting. If all guests don’t arrive 20 minutes after the event start time the event will be cancelled.

What to wear:

We provide everyone with an apron, but acrylic paint is unpredictable and it is permanent when it dries. Please wear something you wouldn't mind to get paint on!

Age policy:

All ages are welcome, but we do recommend 5 years old and up. Anyone under 13 years old needs an adult with them, and every guest needs a paid seat even if you're just there to keep a kid company. To bring & drink alcohol, you'll need to be 21+ with a valid ID

BYOB:

-Must be 21+ to enter with an adult beverage

-No bottles of hard alcohol allowed

-Bring your own bottle openers, cups, ice, etc.

Parking:

Parking is available in front of PHX or at the Lutheran church across the street just a 30 second walk away

Refund/Cancellation:

Refunds will be offered only due to class cancellations on the part of Project Human X

Project Human X reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 6 hours prior to class time when possible and refunds will be processed.

If you notify the studio 48 hours prior to your reservation date, a studio credit may be issued for you to use towards a future class.

If you notify the studio 2 hours or less from the class start time, no credit will be issued.

Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.

Booking Your Ticket:

By booking, you authorize Project Human X to charge your card for the reservation. We'll send you a confirmation, receipt, and any updates by email. Your payment is processed securely, and we do not store your full card details. By booking, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
