9/11 Saluki Stair Climb

Join the Southern Illinois community for the 2026 Saluki Stair Climb as we come together to remember, honor, and reflect on the 25th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001.
Participants can climb 110 floors inside Banterra Center, representing the height of the World Trade Center towers, or take part in a 2-mile walk.
This annual event honors the lives lost on 9/11 and recognizes the first responders, service members, and others who answered the call in the years that followed.
