Join the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust (MDEAT) for an in-person Welcome H.O.M.E. Informational Session. This is your opportunity to learn more about the program, understand the application process, and get your questions answered directly from the team.
Welcome H.O.M.E. (Housing Opportunities Made for Everyone) connects eligible Miami-Dade residents to newly constructed homes through a fair, transparent lottery process, with down payment assistance and financing support to help make homeownership possible.
Whether you're just starting to explore homeownership or ready to apply, this session will walk you through what to expect and how to take the next step.
