This class explores developing flexible choreography through the development of motifs and themes that can be adapted to any stage. This class focuses on strengthening improvisation skills and is inspired by experimental choreographers of the late 60's and 70's.Objectives:
Experiment with non- traditional movements
Develop individual movement vocabulary and explore “dancing alongside disability”
Enhance collaboration and attunement
Explore creative approaches to choreography w/ emphasis on transitioning between key moments.
Improve mental flexibility and improvisation skills
Sliding scale $10-$20
