Welcome to contortion prep!This is an advanced flexibility course designed to help flexible students better connect with their bodies to prepare for the intense physical art form of contortion. In this class students will be learning body awareness and will also work on advancing their flexibility levels to work towards contortion poses.
Prerequisite: MUST be able to comfortably do a back bend on your own and have good hip and shoulder mobility. If you have your splits that is a plus but not necessary!
Dresscode is tight fitting, stretchy clothes. Please bring a mat if you would like.
