Lesley is a qualified Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist, having trained with both the Yoga For Health and Education Trust, and the British Wheel of Yoga. She is a Menopause Yoga Accredited teacher. Her classes have been helping students to find inner peace and physical balance, flexibility and strength since 2000.
These classes are not 'gym' style in nature, but are carefully and loving adapted to suit all needs - maybe you need a chair, maybe you need calm from anxiety, perhaps you are ready to work a little stronger. All will feel the benefit of these holistic classes. We use relaxation, movement and breathing practices to bring Mind and Body into Harmony. Get in touch for further details.
