Feel out of sync? Too much to do? Summer is wonderful - but it can be disruptive and exhausting.
In this workshop, designed for all levels of experience in yoga, we will use both the chair and the yoga mat for practices to help to ground us in preparation for autumn, as well as energise us to enjoy the remainder of the longer days.
Led by Lesley, a yoga teacher since 2000, with several additional qualifications in Remedial yoga.
We will look at yoga poses, breathing techniques, and have a wonderfully relaxing Sound bath, using chimes, singing bowls and our wonderful Earth Gong.
Refreshments are provided, as well as a handout so you can continue your practice at home.
Booking is essential.
