Join us each week for grounding, accessible yoga with Two Roots Yoga. Our classes are designed to support your body, calm your mind, and help you build a consistent practice—no matter where you’re starting from.

Both of our weekly classes are beginner-friendly, welcoming to all bodies, and thoughtfully guided. Each class begins at 6:30 PM and lasts one hour, giving you the perfect midweek reset and Monday wind-down.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll find a supportive, inclusive space on the mat with us.

• All levels welcome—no prior yoga experience needed
• Please bring a yoga mat and water
• Doors open a few minutes before class; we recommend arriving early to settle in
• Register online to reserve your space and help us prepare for class

• Each class is one hour, starting promptly at 6:30 PM
