About this Event
Join us each week for grounding, accessible yoga with Two Roots Yoga. Our classes are designed to support your body, calm your mind, and help you build a consistent practice—no matter where you’re starting from.
Both of our weekly classes are beginner-friendly, welcoming to all bodies, and thoughtfully guided. Each class begins at 6:30 PM and lasts one hour, giving you the perfect midweek reset and Monday wind-down.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll find a supportive, inclusive space on the mat with us.

- All levels welcome—no prior yoga experience needed
- Please bring a yoga mat and water
- Doors open a few minutes before class; we recommend arriving early to settle in
- Register online to reserve your space and help us prepare for class
- 5-Class and 10-Class Packs are available for easy savings and consistency see Abby before or after class for PayPal options.
- Each class is one hour, starting promptly at 6:30 PM
