Weekly Support Group for Highly Sensitive Person

This group offers not only therapeutic growth but also a sense of belonging, so that no highly sensitive person has to navigate their journey alone.

We will use a variety of formats, including group discussion, experiential exercises, videos, and selected readings, to deepen our understanding and build a toolkit for thriving as an HSP. As both a therapist and a fellow HSP, I will guide our group through:
