• All Sales Are Final: There are no refunds for vendor fees, vendor participation, or any items purchased at the event.• No Guarantees of Vendor Presence: Vendors participate on a rotating and independent basis. We do not guarantee that any specific vendor will be present at future events.• Assumption of Risk / Liability Notice: By entering the premises, all attendees, shoppers, and vendors acknowledge and accept that they are participating at their own risk.
