Join us every Wednesday from 2:00–3:00 PM at Hickory Way for WRAP’s Recovery Dharma meeting—a peer-led, Buddhist-inspired pathway to recovery that uses meditation, self-inquiry, and community support to break the cycle of suffering.
Grounded in mindfulness and compassion, Recovery Dharma empowers individuals to take charge of their own healing by applying the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path to the journey of recovery.
All are welcome—whether you're new to meditation or familiar with Buddhist principles, come as you are.
