Start your morning with a breath of fresh air. Outdoor Yoga begins Wednesday, Sept. 3, and continues every Wednesday in September from 8-9 a.m. at Furstenberg Nature Area, 2626 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, in partnership with Zion Well. This gentle, beginner-friendly flow is perfect for new and returning participants. Move at a steady pace while focusing on breath, movement, and building confidence in the basics — all surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.Bring a yoga mat or towel, and let the midweek stress melt away. Bathrooms and water will be available on site. Sessions are free, but preregistration is required. Classes will be canceled in the event of rain.
