Led by gifted practitioners, these sessions nurture body, mind, and spirit. Participants are gently guided through meditation practices that restore balance and clarity. Open to meditators of all levels to come together and explore, connect, and grow. Whether you are seeking healing, inspiration, or simply a pause from the busyness of life, this gathering offers a space to reconnect with your inner self and share the journey with others.
This weekly event is free to attend, with donations warmly welcomed to support the AWAKEN Center.
