The Wellness WA and Yoga3H are committed to providing an affordable holistic health and mindfulness experience to the local community.
Regardless of how old, fit or feeble you are, we welcomes all age group and newcomers to deepen their yoga practice in our warm and uplifting environment.
We offer a variety of classes and yoga variations tailored to each level from beginners to moderate to advanced levels to make you feel connected and celebrate every stage of your journey while ensuring your safety.
We believe Yoga is a way of life and life is a celebration hence we promote a strong focus on staying positive while being fully present in the moment, listening to our bodies and participating to our full potential.
Our 60 minute classes include Asanas (body posture), Pranayama (breathing), Dhyana (relaxation meditation) and concluded with vedic wisdom.
