Our chefs have created an innovative six-course menu designed to showcase both exceptional local ingredients and the expressive character of Archie Rose’s small-batch whiskies. From whisky-cured Ora salmon to Stockyard wagyu fillet with smoked almonds and rye syrup, each dish is thoughtfully paired to enhance and reflect the complexity of every pour.
