Join Us for the Weekly Bliss- Breathe-n-Meditate!

Looking for a chill way to kickoff the new year? Swing by our in-person event where you can relax, breathe deeply, and dive into meditation in a friendly, welcoming space. Whether you're a newbie or a pro, this is your chance to reset and connect with your inner calm.

An ancient secret for modern well-being. Our breath is directly connected to our mind and emotions. Quality of a life is dependent on the state of our mind. The most tangible way to manage the mind is through the Breath. With a calmer mind, comes better decision making, right choices reflected through our actions yielding impactful results.

Each week we move together as a group and will learn and practice breathing techniques for deep relaxation followed by guided meditation. We will reflect on readings on spirituality and integrate learnings in the present moment using the power of breath.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and let's breathe and meditate together!
