Weekly Alignment Yoga Class ( Iyengar style) with Hana Klinger

Join me for an alignment yoga class in the Iyengar tradition! This class will focus on precise alignment, breath awareness, and gentle sequencing to promote balance, flexibility, and strength. I will guide you through a series of poses, using props and modifications to ensure a safe and accessible practice for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this class is a great opportunity to cultivate greater body awareness, reduce stress, and connect with your inner self. All are welcome!

* Please bring a yoga mat. Additional props will be provided, however, if have any yoga pillow of your own, please feel free to bring it with you.
