Join me for a donation-based Breathwork event on Sunday, January 19th from 10a-12n at Thrive Collective in Marina del Rey!

Are you ready to dive deep into the power of your breath? Blair, a renowned breathwork expert & reiki practitioner, will guide you through a transformative experience. You will tap into your inner self, release stress, and unlock emotional freedom through rhythmic breathing techniques matched with fun, upbeat music. This event is a unique opportunity to connect with others, rejuvenate your mind and body, and discover the incredible potential of your breath.

Every attendee will be given headphones to hear the music and my voice, creating an even more profound and personal experience. Think of it like your own private breath bubble… or perhaps silent disco meets meditation! Attendees will also receive hands-on reiki to help further calm their nervous system.

There will be time after practice for silent reflection & journaling, followed by optional group sharing to allow all the insights that came up to integrate after practice. Ayurvedic treats and teas will be served to help ground all the incredible energy you've created.
