Weekend Reset: Sound Healing Immersion

Experience the healing effects of this Sound Meditation, to help you center and reset. This meditation will allow you to connect with your inner guidance, while bringing your physical body more into balance. Sound has been used for thousands of years to aid those in meditation and healing. Sound can improve your immunity, circulation, nervous system and also has shown a reduction in stress and anxiety. Take in the healing vibration from a series of planetary gongs, crystal quartz singing bowls, drums and other acoustic instruments.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. The use of sacred smoke and optional oils will be used to assist in healing and centering into the meditation.

Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the class. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows or late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the class.
