About this Event
Mile High Mindfulness offers Sound Healing & Meditation, on the 4th Saturday of every month - 6:00-7:30 pm.
Not sure what a sound bath is?
A sound bath, sometimes referred to as sound healing - is a sensory experience where you lay down and listen to the sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls along with some additional instruments. Sound healing is great for managing stress and quieting the mind.
After the sound bath there will be some time to transition back to the waking mind with a community tea social. Tea will be provided, bringing your own mug is encouraged.
Purchasing tickets in advanced is required, space is limited!
Tickets are $33.
There are mats and props at the studio if you don't have your own.

5:45 pm: Doors Open
6 :00 pm: Class Begins
1 5 min Breathwork & Meditation
4 5 min Sound Bath
7 :00 pm: Class Ends, Tea Social Begins
7:30 pm: Doors Close
