ALRIGHT JETS FAMILY, IT'S TIME TO TAKE ON THE CHIEFS!!!
Well, after last Sunday's 38-33 disaster against the Raiders, I think I've said just about everything I needed to say in my Monday afternoon rant! 😂
We all know what went wrong, and I'm not gonna beat that dead horse again. Time to move on!
THIS SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH AT 1:00 PM, OUR JETS HEAD TO ARROWHEAD STADIUM TO TAKE ON THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS!
Now, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. At 2-6, heading into Kansas City to face Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs is a pretty damn tall order!
But you know what? That's why they play the games!
We saw some real offensive firepower last week. Braelon Allen was running like a man possessed, AD Mitchell had a breakout game, and Geno was moving the ball down the field. If we can build on that, FINISH OUR DRIVES, and figure out how to play some freaking DEFENSE, maybe we can surprise some people!
Am I expecting a miracle? Not necessarily. But am I gonna be there cheering on our boys with my Jets Family? YOU BET YOUR ASS I AM!!!
And speaking of our Jets Family...
LET'S PACK GASPAR'S THIS SUNDAY!!!
I know this season has been frustrating as hell, but one thing that NEVER disappoints is the incredible group of people we get to spend our Sundays with!
There's nothing quite like a room full of Jets fans, every TV on the game, the sound cranked up, and all of us screaming, cheering, laughing, and occasionally wanting to throw something at the television! 😂
ONE QUICK NOTE ABOUT THIS SUNDAY!
I'll be celebrating my birthday weekend over in Indian Rocks Beach, so I may be running a little late getting to Gaspar's. But don't worry, our awesome VP, Sam Medina, will be holding down the fort and getting everything set up for the game!
I'm planning to be there right around kickoff, so don't let my late arrival stop you from getting there early and grabbing a good seat!
AND WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE WHAT WE'VE GOT FOR THE RAFFLE THIS WEEK!!!
Last Sunday we gave away OVER $100 CASH in our 50/50 raffle, along with some great Jets merchandise and plenty of jerseys!
Well, I've got a WHOLE BUNCH of NEW ITEMS that I'm bringing out this Sunday, including some really cool stuff I think you guys are gonna LOVE!
As always, we'll give away the 50/50 cash prize first, followed by our Jets merchandise giveaways.
AND WE'D LOVE YOUR HELP FILLING UP THE RAFFLE TABLE!
If you've got any Jets merchandise, memorabilia, or other fun items you'd like to donate, PLEASE BRING THEM! New items, collectibles, or anything you think another Jets fan would enjoy.
Every contribution helps make our raffles even better, and we truly appreciate everyone who pitches in!
So get your butts over to Gaspar's Patio Bar & Grille in Temple Terrace this Sunday! Arrive early, grab a good seat, and let's make some serious noise!
And if you're a rookie who's never been to one of our watch parties, come on out and experience what makes this club so special!
WIN OR LOSE, WE'RE STILL FAMILY!
We've been doing this for 23 seasons, and I'm not about to let another miserable Jets season ruin the best part of my Sundays... spending them with YOU GUYS!
NOW LET'S GO SHOCK THE CHIEFS!!!
LFG!!!
J-E-T-S, JETS, JETS, JETS!!!
