Clash of the Yellow Jackets is a CO-ED, NON-CONTACT, 7-on-7 pickup flag football game! Ladies are encouraged to come out and play too!
We’ll have 2 fields running to maximize participation and keep the games moving.
🏆 GAME FORMAT
7-on-7 Co-Ed Flag Football
Games will be played FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED with player pickups show up, get picked up, and PLAY!
Games go to 3 touchdowns by 1s
Winner stays on
Next group of players steps up!
🏈 OFFENSIVE RULES
4 plays to reach midfield for a first down
Once you cross midfield, you get 4 plays to score
No QB runs unless a defender crosses the line of scrimmage
Once a defender crosses the line of scrimmage, the QB has a free run
🛡️ DEFENSIVE RULES
Defense gets 1 blitz per set of downs
The designated rusher must line up 5 yards off the ball
All other defenders may play up on the offense
On a normal rush, the rusher must count out “7 Mississippi” before crossing the line of scrimmage
After the 7-count, the defense may rush the QB
🚫 NON-CONTACT MEANS NON-CONTACT
We’re coming out to compete, reconnect, laugh, talk a little friendly trash, and have a GREAT time try not to hurt each other.
Bring the competitive spirit, but most importantly, BE RESPECTFUL!
