Wednesday Yoga @DBCo with TriMotion

Join us every Wednesday for weekly movement and mindfulness sessions designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected - inside and out.

Pricing: $20 for public participants. Free for DBCo Members. $5 for guests accompanying a DBCo Member.

This class is suitable for all levels, it offers a grounding experience that leaves you feeling open, centered, and at ease.

Please wear comfortable clothes and note that the practice is done barefoot.

Mats will be available at the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and a waiver form completion.
