Wednesday Wonder Walk

It’s important to admire the variety of life around us, take a few moments to enjoy the whisper of leaves overhead and fill our lungs with fresh air and it’s a great way to decompress after work in the early evening; good for family time too. This will include a scavenger hunt of all the different trees that have been planted in the park. Taking time in nature actually makes us feel better and can bring us moments of awe and wonder which contribute to our well-being.
