The class will flow through postures focusing on the connection of breath with movement. The classes are creative, playful, and explorative, encouraging you to learn about your own body and motivating you to take on new challenges.
With a relaxed, light- hearted teaching style, there is no pressure or competition within Emily’s classes just the desire to learn from within. Focusing on alignment, she provides her students with clear alignment instructions.
Emily seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. Hoping to leave you stepping off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced, both mentally and physically.
