Come meditate with us. You will enjoy a rich experience of deep teachings as well as a yoga chant, culminating in a deep meditation with a group and informal time afterward.
Gurudevi Nirmalananda leads our program, beginning with a pithy quote from her teacher. She explains the technical terminology as well as how to apply these teachings to your life and your spiritual development.
Live music accompanies the Sanskrit chant in the traditional yoga style. You’ll find it easy to follow along with the printed words and everyone else singing along.
After the chant, Gurudevi guides the meditation, making it easy for newcomers, while simultaneously making it deep and profound for everyone. Meditating with a Master is the best way to dive deep within, to explore the multiple dimensions of your own being.

On-Site is FREE if you can join us live at Downingtown Yoga & Meditation Center.
Online – satsangs are available by enrollment for a single program or by our monthly subscription package, which gives you both Wednesday and Sunday satsangs at a big discount.
