This winter, incorporate movement and mindfulness into your homeschooler's weekly schedule. During this 75-minute weekly class, we will spend time practicing yoga, participating in mindfulness activities and games, creating yoga-inspired crafts and art pieces. Classes are recommended for ages 5-9.
