Alexza is an experienced and flexible teacher, and this midweek practice welcomes absolutely everyone. It will be tuned to whoever attends!

Located in The Yoga Room directly off the big parking lot at 1000 Westover Hills Blvd. We're located in a bee sanctuary and passive park with many lovingly cared for plants and some convenient picnic tables, so feel free to linger after class and enjoy the space!
