Wednesday Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class is a very friendly environment!This class goes on each Wednesday, from 6.30 pm till 7.40pm, at The Elgar Centre, Upton, NN5 4EN.
It is a nicely modified yoga class which will suit those with little or no yoga experience!
We will utilise the props for support to get grounded and release muscle tension. You will leave the class feeling lighter and relaxed.
Students claim these classes have helped them with hip arthritis, lower back issues, better night sleep, more energy, stronger and toned body!
ALL GENDERS ARE WELCOME!!
Men fear not as there are already male representatives in the group!
The class is £9.00 per a session and Pay As You Go
