Posture testing creates authentic Tai Chi which truly works with the concepts and principles of internal energy.
Join us for a day of making practice more fruitful, both as the tester and the one being tested.
Through accurately practicing and exploring Tai Chi concepts and principles, you can move forwards in your Tai Chi journey, increasing your health, vitality and subtle, sensitive, yet extremely potent power.
Whether a total beginner or experienced Tai Chi adept, this workshop will be of value and help you move forwards.

The workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and two tea breaks. Green tea will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own lunch if you’d like to eat in the cabin.
