About this Event

Yoga with Stephanie & the Animals at Roots Heaven Farm

By popular request, we’ve added extra Yoga with the Animals classes this season so more of you can share in the joy of practicing alongside the beloved goats, alpacas, and mini donkeys of Roots Heaven Farm in Smithfield, RI. These special sessions are in addition to our biweekly Friday evenings, offering more chances to connect with nature, community, and yourself.

Join us for a 60-minute all-levels practice under the open sky, surrounded by the grounding sights, sounds, and scents of farm life. Class runs from 5:00–6:00 PM sharp.

✨ Please arrive 30 minutes early if you’d like extra time with the animals.

✨ New to class? Arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
